We will have a NMI (Nazarene Missions International) lesson on Thursday, August 13, at 6:30 P.M. Sarah McDaniel will bring the lesson.
We are beginning a potential new ministry. Thursday, August 20, Kathy White will host a Ladies' Coloring Night from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
There will be a Singspiration at the Milford Church of the Nazarene, on Sunday, August 30, beginning at 6:00 P.M. There will be a fellowship time afterward.
Our next board meeting will be August 23, after church.
Our church participated in the Sheldon town-wide yard sale this past Friday and Saturday. We brought in over $300.00 in donations and let many people know about what services and activities we have. Praise God!
May we always celebrate and share the good news that Jesus died for our sins, that he rose from the dead, and that the Holy Spirit is given to cleanse us and make us holy people of God!
Please pray for God's direction and guidance for our church. We are asked to make this a special matter of prayer. Let's ask God what He wants us to do, how we can continue to serve God and our community, what new direction God may wish to take us, and commit to serving the LORD however He sees fit.
